Becoming a member of Local Familial is more than gaining access to a space—it’s supporting a community-driven endeavor. Our non-profit operates entirely on its own revenues, as we currently receive no funding from the Ministry of the Family. Each membership directly contributes to keeping this unique place alive and thriving.

Members enjoy multiple perks: access to the drop-in childcare, borrowing useful items (such as stroller, baby carrier, hiking backpack, etc.), and participating in upcoming special projects.

A personalized member profile is created for each family to facilitate a warm welcome and smooth follow-up.
A Warm Welcome
As part of your membership, every family receives a small welcome gift and an invitation to the “Finding Your Village” workshop—a reflective session to explore your support network, local services, your family’s specific needs, and possible solutions together.

If you prefer to explore Local Familial without a subscription, day passes are available (subject to availability):

Valid for an entire day—for one family (one adult plus child), which may include a grandparent, aunt, uncle, or babysitter.
For instance, two friends each with a baby count as two families, whereas a mother with her baby and a friend with them counts as one family. Typically, we limit it to two adults per family, though exceptions are possible.
