At Local Familial, we offer our spaces to families for celebrations, get-togethers, or small events. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate a child’s birthday, enjoy a family meal, host an intimate baptism, baby shower, year-end party—or simply gather with friends in a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Our venues are also ideal for small meetings or workshops, whether organized by parents or led by professionals, during the day or in the evening.
We offer two options:

The Small Room
Ideal for a birthday or small group gathering, this cozy space accommodates approximately 10 people (adults and children included). It’s perfect for sharing intimate, festive moments. -
Full Venue Rental
For larger events, you can rent the entire Local. It can accommodate about 12 families—roughly a dozen children (fewer if older children are present, since they tend to move around more). You’ll have access to all areas: the main room, the small room, the kitchen, and the play corner. This is great for lively family parties, workshops, or gatherings that bring multiple families together.

Advance Notice
Full rental must be reserved at least one month in advance. -
Duration & Cleaning
Reservations last 4 hours, which includes time for tidying up and cleaning. Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. -
How to Book
Bookings are made via an online form to submit your request. The rental is confirmed only after approval from our team.
Small Room Reservations
Our space is cozy and limited in size: for everyone’s comfort, the maximum capacity is 10 people (adults and children combined). Before booking, we strongly encourage you to visit the venue so you can see if it meets your expectations.
The small room is ideal for key birthday moments: dining, cake, unwrapping gifts, and related activities. You’ll also have access to the kitchen for meal prep or serving. Meanwhile, the main room remains open to other families, and children can play or relax there between activities.
Full Venue (Main Room) Rental
For larger celebrations, you may choose to privatize the entire Local. This option requires the presence of a facilitator throughout the event—who will open and close the space and can engage with the children. If you’d like, you can also add a one-hour activity, such as a craft project or treasure hunt, for an additional fee.
