Drop-in
Our Childcare Drop-In at Local Familial is a flexible service giving parents a moment to breathe or attend to other things, all while knowing their little ones are in caring, capable hands.
Our childcare facilitators welcome children aged 9 months to 5 years right within the Local—in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The great advantage? The children are already familiar with the space and the team, making transitions smoother and more comforting.
Each session includes:

Free play and structured activities

A snack and a meal provided by Local (unless your child has specific dietary restrictions, in which case, we ask parents to provide the snack or meal)

Please also remember to pack your child’s personal essentials—diapers, a change of clothes, a comfort toy, etc.
This service is available exclusively to Local Familial members, and requires prior reservation. Spaces are limited to 5 children per facilitator to ensure high-quality care.
Local Familial is also a proud member of Quebec’s Community Drop-In Centers Association.
